Consumer Agreement

Frequency Protocol Services, LLC, provides the service of processing the available data, from multiple undisclosed resources, and producing Protocols and Regimens that provide the necessary instructions which allow all AtelierRobin F100 Software, or TrueRife versions of the F100 Software, through version 6.2, to control AtelierRobin-based TrueRife F-117 or F-122 frequency generators.  Those services may be purchased by You, the consumer, for non-exclusive rights of limited use.  The limitations of these rights are as follows:  (1) the Protocol(s) or Regimen(s) are for personal use only; (2) the Protocol(s) or Regimen(s) may not be sold, given, or otherwise distributed to any other persons, parties, entities or agencies; (3) You may maintain a copy of the Protocol(s) or Regimen(s) on any computer(s) owned by You which You will personally use for Your TrueRife F-117 or F-122 frequency generator; and (4) from time to time, as advancements in TrueRife frequency generator programming practices are made, Frequency Protocol Services, LLC, reserves the right, without obligation, to update or revise Protocol(s) or Regimen(s) which You may have purchased and provide those updated or revised Protocol(s) or Regimen(s) to You, at no additional cost to You and without liability to Frequency Protocol Services, LLC.

Shipping & Delivery

At this time, Frequency Protocol Services, LLC, provides direct download services through this Web site.  No alternative shipping or delivery method is provided or implied. Protocol or Regimen services obtained from Frequency Protocol Services, LLC, through the use of e-mail correspondence may be delivered to You, the purchaser, by means of e-mail or direct download through this Web site, at the discretion of Frequency Protocol Services, LLC. Return Policy

All sales are final.  We are not able to provide refunds on any digital downloads.  Upon purchasing any Protocols or Regimens, you are  responsible for downloading the associated files, and bear all risk of loss thereafter, including any loss due to a computer or hard drive malfunction. In the confirmation email that you receive upon completion of your order, you will be notified of any limits that apply to either the number of downloads available to you or the number of days those downloads will be available to you.  Take care to save your files in a location where you will be able to access them thereafter.  It is best to download them into the same computer where your AtelieRobin F100 Software, or TrueRife F100 Software is installed, or in another location where you will be able to easily transfer them to that computer.
